​Richard is a highly talented and published writer who has a natural talent for words and expression.  Richard's love of writing began at University and throughout his 30 year career as a senior government manager and management consultant he has developed a huge body of written work.    Richard has been published in major Australian Newspapers and Journals and academic Textbooks have borrowed his writing in their efforts to develop their students.

Richard has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy Management both gained from Monash University.  He has extensive experience working in government circles and a passion for good public policy.
